When newly formed parent company Mix Group approached Mono Creative, the brief was twofold: develop a strategic brand identity for the group itself, and simultaneously design a recognisable, scalable sub-brand for its first acquisition, Lincoln Concrete.
With the purchase of an established concrete business in Port Lincoln, Mix Group needed a cohesive visual system that could support multiple brands under one umbrella. The identities for both Mix Group and Lincoln Concrete were developed side by side, with a focus on professional presence, future-proof scalability, and visual association between the parent and sub-brand.
Rather than creating standalone designs, Mono Creative delivered a connected branding suite that allowed Lincoln Concrete to immediately benefit from the credibility and visual clarity of the overarching Mix Group identity. This included logo design, brand guidelines, social media assets, and a temporary landing page with intentions for a full lead-generating website optimised for local SEO in the near future.
Since launch, Lincoln Concrete has attracted strong local attention, with consistent inbound leads through the website and early traction across social media. Customers and peers have responded positively to the clarity, consistency, and standout presence of the brands, setting a new standard for professionalism in the local construction sector.
